The commercial opportunities for Duska’s product candidates include the following:

ATPace™ Syncope patients are subjected to various examinations and tests (including echocardiography, Holter monitoring, electroencephalography, tilt table testing, etc.) costing more than $800 million annually. We believe that ATPace™ will directly address a segment of that market representing approximately $150 million per year, and has the potential to capture a significant portion of this market segment over time.

ATPotent™ Duska estimates that at least 60,000 in vitro fertilization (IVF) and 800,000 intra-uterine insemination (IUI) procedures per year performed in the U.S. are potential candidates for the use of ATPotent™.

Vagonixen™ Vagonixen™ According to the 2007 National Vital Statistics Report, chronic lower respiratory diseases (CLRD) were responsible in 2003 for approximately 126,000 deaths in the U.S. The direct and indirect annual economic burden of CLRD, the vast majority of which are asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema (COPD), is estimated at over $15 billion. Duska Therapeutics estimates the U.S.therapeutic markets related to COPD and asthma at $4.7 billion annually and believes that Vagonixen™ could address a portion of that market.
